Mattie Hogan-Betchik is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapeutic services to a wide range of populations in the state of California. She has worked in various inpatient and outpatient treatment settings that include clientele from hospitals, schools, and private practice. Mattie takes a client-centered approach to therapy, utilizing various treatment methods such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care to help provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their own experiences. Mattie enjoys working with adults, couples, and transitional-age youth who seek to live authentic lives while they navigate the stressors of daily life. She focuses on uncovering negative patterns that have impacted clients in the past. In her free time, Mattie enjoys reading, spending time with her pets, and watching live music.
